Fire Prevention Aimed at Valley Children

In response to the recent Chedeski and Rodeo fires in Northern Arizona, the Peoria Fire Department Battalion Chief, Monte Egherman, is offering a child-centered fire safety "edutainment" (education and entertainment) program called "9FunFun."

9FunFun involves a group of local firefighters who provide traveling puppet shows, musical performances and tour rides on a vintage Dalmation-spotted firetruck.
